Tenancy Details

• Groups: We accommodate individuals and groups of 2 or 3 students.
• Bills: All-inclusive bills are included (Ts and Cs apply).
• Eligibility: Only available to students.
• Contract: 44-week contract, or more if required.
• No Summer Retainer: You save money as you are not living in the house over summer.

• Keele University: A 10-minute bus ride away. First Potteries (No. 25 service) operates a regular service from Newcastle town centre bus station to Keele University which takes approximately 15 minutes.
• Royal Stoke University Hospital: First Potteries (No. 25 service) takes approximately 8 minutes from the town centre bus station. This is ideal for the School of Nursing and Midwifery and the School of Medicine.
• Bus Discounts: First Potteries partners with Keele University and D&G bus to provide discounted multi-operator tickets (The Keele Key) for Keele card holders.

How To Find Mellard Street, Newcastle, ST5 2DN

• From the North (M6 J16): Take the A500, then the A34 towards Newcastle-under-Lyme, following signs for the town center via Lower Street/A34, then onto Ashfields New Road, Hill Street, and finally Mellard Street.
• From the South (M6 J15): Take the A500, then the A519 (Clayton Road) and A34 (Lower Street) towards the town center, continuing to Ashfields New Road, Hill Street, and Mellard Street.
• By Rail: Regular bus services operate from Stoke and Crewe stations, with the property within walking distance of the Newcastle town centre bus station.
