Welcome to Rooms2Let4Students, the right place for student accommodation. We provide high-quality shared student houses for groups and individuals in Stoke-on-Trent for Staffordshire University and Newcastle, Newcastle-under-Lyme for Keele University students.

Tenancy Details

• Groups: We accommodate individuals and groups of 2, 3, 4 or 5 students.
• Bills: All-inclusive bills are included (Ts and Cs apply).
• Eligibility: Only available to students.
• Contract: 44-week contract, or more if required.
• No Summer Retainer: You save money as you are not living in the house over summer.

• Fitted Kitchen: Equipped with a gas hob, gas double oven and grill, microwave, fridge freezer, additional fridge and freezer, washing machine, condenser tumble dryer, toaster, and kettle.
• Bathrooms: Bath, thermostatic mixer shower, and 2 toilets.
• Private Garden: Private rear garden.
• Glazing and Parking: Double glazed throughout with some free on-street parking available outside the house, plus on-street permit parking available via the Local Authority.

• Landlord: Managed by an Accredited Landlord with no agency involvement.
• Air Quality: Positive Input Ventilation unit fitted in the house to eliminate surface condensation, prevent mould growth, and reduce house dust mite populations. Kitchen and bathroom extractor fans installed.
• Alarms: Interconnected mains and battery-operated smoke detectors in all bedrooms, lounge, hallway, and landing.
• Kitchen Safety: Carbon monoxide detector and heat detector installed.
• Emergency Lighting: System fitted in the hallway and landing.
• Burglar Alarm: Full system fitted for security.

Location and Transport Links

The house on Seaford Street is very close to Staffordshire University, with the College Road campus just a 6-minute walk away and the Leek Road campus a 2-minute walk away.

• Keele University: A 38-minute bus ride away. The house is within walking distance to the bus stop on College Road. First Potteries (No. 25 service) operates a regular service from College Road to Keele University which takes approximately 38 minutes.
• Royal Stoke University Hospital: First Potteries (No. 25 service) takes approximately 20 minutes from College Road. This is ideal for the School of Nursing and Midwifery and the School of Medicine.
• Bus Discounts: First Potteries partners with Keele University and D&G bus to provide discounted multi-operator tickets (The Keele Key) for Keele card holders.

How To Find Seaford Street, Stoke-on-Trent, ST4 2ET

• Arriving from the North on the M6: At junction 16 take the A500 exit to Crewe/Nantwich/Newcastle-under-Lyme/Stoke-on-Trent (North). At the roundabout, take the 1st exit onto A500. Take the A5006 exit toward A52/Ashbourne/City Centre (Hanley)/Fenton/Stoke. Turn left onto Stoke Road/A5006, then turn right onto Seaford Street.
• Arriving from the South on the M6: At Junction 15 take the A500 exit to Stoke-on-Trent/Newcastle-under-Lyme. At the roundabout take the second exit onto A500. Slight left onto the ramp to Ashbourne/A52/City Centre/Hanley/A5006. Continue straight, turn right onto Stoke Road/A5006, then turn right onto Seaford Street.
• Arriving by Rail: It is a 2-minute walk to Seaford Street from Stoke railway station. Alternatively, taxis are located outside the station entrances.
